Risk Modelling:Built Risk models to control flows and increase resolutions. This broadly involves below steps- Product level understanding including market share and bank\'s current positioning, portfolio size, policies and regulatory requirements- Customer behaviour with respect to payments, demographics, bureau history, bounces, DPD, contactability, relationships with other banks, etc- Model building to predict risky customers- Model deployment involves rolling out to front end teams and collaborating with them to define interventions that customers will be subjected to based on their riskiness- Performance monitoring and assessment to maintain robust asset quality2. Strategic Improvement:STP - Straight Through Process- Designed an STP framework to expedite settlement process in Agriculture portfolio and better manage NPA cases- This lowered the burden at NCH and ZCLM levelWallet Share- Objective was to determine market standing of bank\'s PL portfolio against other players (public, private, foreign, NBFCs)- Performance in terms of flow and resolutions was measured at bucket level, ticket size level and geographic level- Insights generated were shared with Product team to maintain leadership and improve wherever requiredEarly Exit- This project was undertaken during moratorium period to identify vulnerable customers and make an early exit rather than drag them along and incur loss later- Activity was conducted across all products wherein information like job status, location, leverage, moratorium, bureau, etc. was used to arrive at vulnerable base3. Advanced Modelling techniques- To ensure best results, continuous improvements in modelling techniques and deployment are made- Recently I have used Unsupervised method to create customer clusters based on their behaviour who were then subjected to Supervised approach to develop a robust predictive model
