Act as the single point of contact for the HCL Delhi NCR account, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular interactions, feedback handling, and trust-building.Lead end-to-end F&B operations across all HCL sites in Delhi NCR, ensuring SOP adherence, quality service, and efficient execution.Supervise daily meal services, hygiene checks, manpower allocation, and problem resolution on-ground.Manage accurate daily, weekly, and monthly billing, validate consumption data, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.Reconcile system-generated reports with actual consumption and collaborate with finance for seamless audit compliance.Liaise with vendor partners to ensure uninterrupted food supply, compliance with hygiene standards, and timely service delivery.Monitor vendor SLAs, handle rate negotiations, resolve service disputes, and ensure contractual compliance.Organize and manage theme-based food events and festivals, overseeing logistics, branding, menu planning, and execution.Collect client and user feedback from events and daily operations to drive service quality improvements.Lead operational teams across multiple locations, conduct daily briefings, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.Conduct staff training, promote team motivation, and address personnel issues effectively to maintain high morale and service standards.Maintain operational documentation including attendance, billing, and inventory; share detailed reports with internal and client teams.Identify inefficiencies, control food wastage, and implement cost-effective operational strategies in collaboration with procurement.Ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal hygiene standards; conduct inspections and handle food complaints/emergencies promptly.
