I Play the role of Software Development Team Lead where I am working as a Middleware Support & development engineer for TIBCO middleware. Expertise in TIBCO EMS, FTL, Tibco Mashery,ActiveSpace,MFT,Linux, BW, and Solace.I am currently very interested in overseas positions as a Middleware support & development Engineer. However, I am also ready to spread my wings and explore other career opportunities for which I feel I would be best suited. I am very much interested in a Position abroad as well.I live my life knowing that every day is my last. Sounds cliché? I thought so. I am an adventurer and I love an exciting life.    Software Development Team Lead (TIBCO Stack / Integration Lead)• Acting as Integration Lead and primary SPOC for Three UK production integration landscape across TIBCO BW/BWCE, MFT, ActiveSpaces, BPM and FTL.• Leading end-to-end service delivery and ensuring SLA adherence for business-critical telecom services including MNP, Payments, Provisioning, Digital and Mediation flows.• Owning Major Incident (P1/P2) handling including war-room coordination, stakeholder communication, impact assessment and structured RCA with preventive actions.• Managing complete CRQ lifecycle – impact analysis, stakeholder alignment, change approvals, deployment supervision, pre & post sanity validation, and post-change monitoring.• Governing zero-tolerance monitoring model for MFT and customer-impacting services with strict alert tracking and noise reduction controls.• Overseeing containerized deployments on Azure AKS including ingress validation, readiness probe monitoring, load balancer checks and environment governance.• Enhancing observability using Dynatrace and Splunk by improving alert thresholds, dashboards and proactive detection mechanisms.• Coordinating with SRE, DevOps, Network, DB, Cloud, Security Firewall and Vendor teams for issue resolution and platform stability.• Driving operational improvements including session persistence design, backlog monitoring, automation initiatives and cost optimization efforts.• Providing leadership-ready updates, service health reports, executive summaries and post-implementation reviews to global stakeholders.Mentoring team members, ensuring structured handovers, shift governance and release readiness validation.
