   I am an Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer currently working as an Asset Owner – Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead at Cascades Containerboard Packaging (Schenectady Plant), supporting one of the three core pillars of the production team alongside Process and Reliability Leads. In this role, I focus on downtime reduction, equipment reliability, and operator ownership by applying Lean and TPM principles. I lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on downtime events and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and improve long-term machine performance.A major part of my work involves implementing and sustaining CIL (Cleaning–Inspection–Lubrication) programs as part of Autonomous Maintenance under TPM. I have developed structured, section-wise inspection standards to help operators detect abnormalities early and take a proactive approach to maintenance. This proactive approach has strengthened operator ownership and improved collaboration between operations and maintenance.I regularly track machine-level production KPIs, identify gaps against targets, and develop 90-day focused improvement plans for underperforming assets. On the production floor, I facilitate SQDEP / Kaizen boards to capture operator issues, prioritize them transparently, and convert them into permanent, standardized solutions. I work closely with Process and Reliability Leads to review performance trends, validate countermeasures, and identify further opportunities for improvement. Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP to monitor KPIs, visualize losses, and support data-driven decision-making. I am particularly passionate about reliability, standard work, and people development, and I believe sustainable improvement comes from empowering teams to truly own their assets.
