Piyush is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Cognizant Consulting as part of their Retail and Consumer Goods practice. Piyush is part of CX line of service within the practice and is leading development of solution accelerators for Customer loyalty. Piyush\'s areas of interest and expertise include Product Management, Customer experience, Customer loyalty, Customer analytics and Marketing research. Piyush has been helping an American tobacco manufacturer in providing their consumers consistent experience across 11 brands for their digital coupon SPA/PWA/Native apps. Piyush is responsible for being the Voice of consumers, working on Product Roadmap, maintaining Product and Sprint backlog, detailing out requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories, clarifying doubts of the development team and managing daily standups. Piyush also did a summer internship at IOCL. Piyush studied the relationship between IOCL and its dealers as part of the internship with a focus on its impact on service levels. He assessed service levels at retail outlets and conducted FGDs and interviews to understand the problems faced by dealers/retail outlets. He also conducted a customer survey to identify customer expectations with regards to service at retail outlets. He was able to identify action areas for IOCL and dealers to improve service levels at Retail outlets. Piyush has previously worked as a Software Engineer for Infosys limited. He used to help a British consumer goods conglomerate to handle issues related to Oracle Transportation Management for their India and Middle East operations. Piyush got an opportunity to work on SQL, PLSQL, Java and Python during his time at Infosys and has good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming and RDBMS. Outside of work, Piyush loves to watch content driven movies and series (across languages and regions). He has started developing an interest in the beauty of written words. Piyush himself has written a few pieces in English, Hindi and Marathi and harbours a dream of becoming a good writer across these 3 languages and become an excellent storyteller one day.
