To monitor the quality parameters of the finished fabric running in bulk production and see whether it meets the required parameters Well acquainted with customer’s requirement like GAP, S.OLIVER, M&S, H&M MADU-RA, COLOUR PLUS etc. Well versed with Fabric testing, Shade Grouping, Fabric inspection etc. Worked in the product range -Bottom Weight, Top Weight in Piece Dyed and Yarn Dyed & Printed fabric. Customer Complaint handling through communication over mail, telephone as well as visita-tion. Work closely with Production Team, taking preventive action and resolving quality assurance and quality control issues on a regular basis. Quality Parameter monitoring during bulk production. Compliance Certifications (GOTS / Oeko-Tex etc.) Testing of all new/running chemicals/dyes to be used in production & provide approval if suitable for use. Clear Understanding of Restricted Substances (RSL/MRSL) of different Buyers. Responsible for external Buyer Audit (Social & Chemical). Certificate of Color management from The Society of Dyers & Colorists Bradford UK with 97 % marks. Deeply familiar with current and historical Higg Index data, how it has been used to date,how to interpret results, and identify opportunities for improvement
