Motivating the employees to engage and contribute in various corporate social responsibility programs. • Creating new employee joining delight execution by conducting the new hire induction and on-boarding procedures. • Evaluating the performance of the staff on a periodic basis and ensuring organizational development. Handling of the entire Appraisal process – from compilation and synchronization of appraisal with the compensation reward, capturing feedback in appraisal system on annual basis.• Payroll Administration function from attendance input to final roll out of salary along with full & final settlements of employees.
