This product performs data analysis to reveal insights about service incidents and enables automated incident resolution with AI/ML capabilities trained from millions of incident data. Microsoft 365 Enterprise Cloud Migration: Led the design, architecture and development of several features of the IC3 (Intelligent Conversation and Communications Cloud) related to Teams meetings. This service uses Microsoft Azure and Substrate to move customers\' Teams meetings in complicated deployments and license changes.Skype for Business Online Infrastructure Automation: Built the UI and the backend engine for Orchestrator Service, which helped the Service Ops teams maintain, deploy and manage all the SFBO prod servers for build and OS deployments.Skype for Business E2E: Created automated system to test Skype for Business scenarios E2E using SFB Windows, Mac, iOS and Android clients with SFB online and on-premises backend.
