Piyali Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor of Law in MAB Institute of Juridical Science, Domkal Murshidabad and also additional post as Guest Lecturer of Murshidabad University. She advocate enrolled under West Bengal Bar Council, Kolkata, India. She has obtained her integrated degree in Bachelor of Business administration and Law. She has obtained a post graduate diploma in Forensic science and Cyber Forensic from International Forensic Science Institute, Pune, India. She has experience in legal research, and civil matters at Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Aurangabad and Bombay high court. She has worked as a trainee at Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, Delhi. She has expertise in the field of Document and Fingerprint examination, Handwriting analysis and cyber forensics. She has accomplished a certificate course on Intellectual Property Rights and Patent Cooperation Treaty from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO, Geneva, Switzerland). She has gathered trainee experience in Ethical Hacking. She has authored a study material for Compensation Management for Master of Arts from Alagappa University. She has also authored a book chapter on “Legal Perspective of Medicinal & Drug-yielding Plants” in Ethno Botany VOL.2 from KOJO PRESS, New Delhi. She has also authored a book chapter titled “Medico-legal perspectives of usage, commercialization of traditional plant, drug and oil yielding plants in India” from prestigious International publishers Springer. She has also authored many study materials and developed course content from reputed University. Her specialisation are Intellectual property Laws, Corporate Laws and Environmental Laws.
