Senior HR generalist, with over 20+ years of experience across Financial, IT Services and Retail industries. Initial part of my career was spent with a financial organization which gave me a perspective on managing customers and client related issues. Later, I moved on to a HR generalist role leading interventions in the areas of talent engagement and retention, innovative staffing solutions and building people development frameworks. In my current and last assignments I have been involved in designing and implementing HR initiatives to build credibility of the function in start-up and ramp-up phases.
