Design & deploy various Monitoring & Evaluation framework, tools, online systems.• Work on CSR related communication modes like films, promotional material, Social Media, Reportsinternal & External.• Collaborate with Tata Group & other external stakeholders for collaboration/ partnerships/ audits/assurance etc.• Plan & Deploy CSR projects achieving the intended objectives. Leading the employee engagement program like \'Tata Volunteering Week\',\'Pro - Engage\' and ensure participation of the employees in CSR activities. Implementing the employee volunteering agenda of the plant location.• Implementation of Tata Group CSR program like - Tata Positive Action, Tata Volunteer Week, Support Inclusion, and many other sustainability programs of the Tata Sustainability Group
