As Head of Social Impact Partnerships at Deloitte UK, I lead the strategic direction and approach for initiatives and programs that drive increased impact led and outcome focused client work, whilst engaging our people, as well as collaborate across sectors to address complex societal challenges, from digital inclusion to climate resilience, through innovative and scalable solutions.Alongside my professional role, I’m committed to tackling inequality and improving life chances for young people. I serve as a school governor in an inner city London borough and as a board trustee for the Damilola Taylor Trust, I help to advance its mission of empowering disadvantaged youth through education, creativity, and community engagement. I’m also a member of the Tech Advisory Board for Code First Girls, a social enterprise focused on enabling more women to thrive in tech careers.With a background in leading large scale transformation and change programmes across a variety of cross sector clients, I also have deep experience as a trusted advisor to leadership.
