ABOUT PITAMBER ADHIKARI

I have had the opportunity to work in the stainless-steel manufacturing industry, where I gained valuable experience in the hot rolling process at both Steckel and Strip mills. I was actively involved in both brownfield and greenfield projects related to hot rolling across various plant locations. Additionally, I had the chance to work in the bell annealing downstream process facility for black hot rolled coils, further expanding my expertise in the production process.In my second assignment at Calderys India Refractories Limited, I spent five years progressively managing runner services, starting with overseeing site activities and advancing to handling inquiries and designing iron runners for blast furnaces.For the past five years, I have been working in application services, where I manage projects and maintenance related to power (boilers and incinerators) and steel plants (reheating furnaces). During this time, I developed comprehensive project management skills by successfully completing refractory installations using the latest technologies and state-of-the-art machinery.I am excited about the opportunity to join an organization renowned for its unwavering commitment to professionalism and a culture where every individual is deeply invested in fulfilling their responsibilities towards achieving the company\'s objectives.
