I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) Candidate through AASP and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with a deep passion for helping athletes and performers show up with confidence, clarity, and purpose — especially when the pressure is highest. I believe that performance is personal, and that the mind is just as important to train as the body.My background bridges both sport and performance psychology and clinical mental health, allowing me to support not only the mental skills needed to perform — such as confidence, focus, and emotional regulation — but also the very real human experiences behind them. I have had the privilege of working with athletes across competitive swimming, basketball, track and field, and professional soccer, including international-level talent. I also currently work full-time as a mental health therapist, supporting adolescents and adults through evidence-based counseling approaches.I earned my Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States and am currently pursuing full LPC licensure in Pennsylvania while completing the final steps toward CMPC certification.Above all, I lead with genuine care, cultural humility, and the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable of growth.
