I\'m a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead (ACIPD qualified) with a passion for health and well-being. With proven experience at high-growth tech companies and award-winning agencies (Weber Shandwick, That Lot, Feed/DEPT), I excel at building and scaling talent acquisition functions. I\'ve helped organisations achieve 25%+ growth by devising process excellence and scaling recruitment efforts across the UK and internationally.In my first year at Feed/DEPT, we doubled headcount, including opening new offices in San Francisco and Sydney.At Weber Shandwick, I facilitated double-digit growth by integrating acquired agencies like \"That Lot,\" a social media powerhouse, enabling them to deliver Amazon Prime\'s massive \"always on\" social media content.Championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: I was responsible for DE & I initiatives, securing a strategic partnership with Creative Access at Weber Shandwick, our go-to partner for diverse hiring pipelines. I redesigned the early careers strategy, pathways included government initiative \"Kickstart,\" resulting in successful permanent hires of unemployed people aged 16 - 24. Additionally, I designed an inclusive employer branding program at That Lot, attracting a wider talent pool through social media content. This correlated with an increase in quality applicants and reduced sourcing time.Outside of corporate environments, I run potent-fitness.com, working as a hybrid personal trainer and yoga teacher. My focus lies in strengthening the body-mind connection and creating a joyful movement experience.
