ABOUT PIPPA BAXTER
I’m a professional Trainer and Coach who specialises in delivering Operational Excellence, Training and Learning & Development to the recruitment sector. I have worked in recruitment for the last 18 years in a wide variety of roles, which have ranged from managing global client accounts to delivering international campaigns. In the last 5 years I have specialised in providing personal and corporate development to a wide variety of recruitment companies. Having worked in the sector for so long, I decided to transfer the skills I’ve gained in order to build my own Coaching and Training practice. I now specialise in training and developing inexperienced and experienced consultants/managers, whilst also implementing best practice and operational excellence within existing sales teams. I also specialise in life and career coaching on a one to one to basis in order to enhance people\'s productivity and supporting individuals career progression.
