ABOUT PIPPA WALLER

I’m a qualified Higher Education Careers Consultant with 10 years’ experience supporting university students as they navigate their careers from student to professional. My approach blends student-centred guidance with practical support—whether one-to-one, in workshops, or within their university curriculum. While I enjoy working with students from all disciplines, I have specialised in supporting STEM students in Mathematics, Engineering, and Computer Science, delivering career development learning within their undergraduate curriculum. Alongside careers guidance, I’m deeply committed to supporting equality and social mobility. I believe strongly in opportunities for all and providing individuals from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds with the tools, experiences and support to help them achieve their potential. I have a growing interest in personal development and wellbeing following my training with Springboard some years ago and enjoy finding different ways of delivering impactful training, regularly contributing to skills development workshops that help students build confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy. I’m now looking to broaden my work in training, development, and wellbeing, alongside or beyond careers consultancy—bringing my coaching mindset, facilitation skills, and commitment to personal growth into new settings.
