I’ve worked in different industries from Music, through Luxury Brands to Acquisitions, joining DS Smith in 2015. My professional journey has been varied and supplied me with the chance to work in differing sizes of businesses, as well as understanding how each business size and industry approaches their objectives, strategy, and external challenges.While at DS Smith I’ve had some excellent opportunities to develop my technical knowledge further completing CIPD Level 5 during 2023. I\'ve identified some amazing chances to grow as an individual; and being part of the \'LGBTQ+ and Allies\' Steering Committee has helped me understand the needs of my colleagues (as well as identifying an excellent way for the business to communicate with our Frontline Workforce about our DEI initiatives).2025 has seen me launch our \'Women In Business\' panel discussions and support the recent integration through \'Influential Voices\', as well bringing a digestible and engaging approach to the 80/20 mindset.My professional achievements also include winning an HR award for our Graduate Programme Development Pathway in 2024; a DEI Award in 2025; and being the face of DS Smith Pride in 2023 and 2025.On a personal level, I love bad films, house plants and gardening, going for walks, eating all kinds of different cuisines, aiming to answer at least one question on \'University Challenge\', and yoga. I am also a coffee snob.
