Following the successful merger of BCA with The Windsor Forest Colleges Group, I was thrilled to take on the role of Vice-Chair of the new group. Our responsibility as governors is to help set strategic priorities, monitor the colleges to ensure they are delivering against the set objectives and to help advise in key decisions; plus to ensure the smooth integration of BCA into the new group.

Having spent 20 professional years in client management and subsequently as an executive coach, I have blended my skill in building relationships and coaching with my real passion for animals and dogs in particular, and I launched The Contented Hound! I believe in dogs and owners leading happy lives together and this is the overriding aim of all we do. To enjoy life with your dog and to use training to help us as owners have the life with our dog that we want. Aside from animals and the countryside, I have a huge passion for helping to inspire female talent and supporting female entrepreneurs. And I believe strongly in living the life you want to and in doing something you genuinely love. Following the successful merger of BCA with the Windsor Forest Colleges Group, I was made Vice-Chair of the The Windsor Forest Colleges Group in September 2022 with responsibility to help set the group\'s strategic direction and monitor its performance.
