The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity that helps young people defy their limitations, so they become confident, resilient and curious, ready for the challenges of life. Using learning and adventures in the wild we partner with schools, colleges, employers and youth groups to teach their young people to believe in themselves. I work within a strong Education team within the Trust to support and deliver high quality character and behaviour adventure learning with lifelong outcomes. Identifying areas of opportunity for young people to access wild learning for self discovery and personal growth. I work closely with School SLT\'s, MAT\'s and local authorities within London and South regions to improve outcomes and future pathways.
