I work at the intersection of story, system, and somatic practice to help leaders and communities heal, build, and transform.Drawing from disciplines like somatics, mindfulness, applied theatre, transformative justice, public memory, and narrative design, I support nonprofit leaders, mission-driven entrepreneurs, students, and justice-impacted communities in cultivating cultures of psychological safety, accountability, collective healing, and imagination.My practice centers embodied change — using creative inquiry and collective reflection to shift destructive narratives, spark trauma recovery, and drive systemic transformation. Whether I’m leading a leadership retreat, facilitating a coaching process, or co-creating a public memory project, my aim is the same: to foster liberated futures grounded in care, clarity, and connection.
