A highly motivated, energetic and talented attorney and HR professional with substantial experience in operations, administration and strategic planning, especially in the fields of higher education and sports and entertainment. Substantial knowledge and experience in the legal and business operations of corporate transactions and governance; intellectual property; higher education administration, governance and law; Title IX; human resources; labor and employment law; student affairs; professional and intercollegiate athletics; sports and entertainment events, venues and operations; and sponsorship and license agreements. Vast experience in project management, departmental restructuring and reorganization, staff development and motivation, providing legal counsel and advice to key administrators, conducting legal research, legal writing, mediation, arbitration, contract negotiation, collective bargaining, problem-solving and serving as in-house counsel.
