ABOUT PIPER MCDERMOTT
I am a second year undergraduate student at UBC, majoring in Global Resource Systems. My focus is in Sustainable Development, and I am interested in creating new policy and design in urban areas to support sustainable futures. My time at UBC has cultivated my experience in climate literacy and environmental management.I am also passionate about digital media and art in the context of social change. During my time at USC I worked directly with film production sets and on post-production projects. I am adept in editing, after-effects, and graphic design, and am always open to learning new methods and techniques for translating stories from their initial ideation to reality.Currently I am looking for summer internship or work experience. Due to my interdisciplinary interests, I am open to connecting with a wide field of individuals. Please feel free to reach out!
