The projects I worked on centre around health insurance in the US. As a highlight, I developed a medical cost calculator. It considered various medical procedures for comparison between in-plan and out-of-plan costs. The build required the translation of Excel calculations and formulas into a JavaScript math engine. The engine then powered the development of a single-page application. The application was built with the Vue.js framework. I became involved in the company-wide initiative to coordinate software security efforts. As a Security Champion, I help with static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) testing of our web applications.
