I’m experienced Associate Project Manager with the responsibility of planning and execution of the projects to make sure are delivered to required programme and budgets. I’ve been working collaboratively with the Project Team and Clients to meet Client’s requirements, project constraints and to achieve desired results.I’m chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of the Civils Engineers. I have over 15 years’ experience in the analysis, design, assessment, refurbishment, and feasibility study of civil structures in the rail and highway sectors. I have led productions of designs including documentation, drawings and calculations required to assure those designs. I also has contracting experience in building sector.I have undertaken the role of Project Manager, Design Manager and Design Lead on for number of multi-disciplinary rail schemes, involving platform extensions, depot, stations refurbishment, rail/highways bridges/other structures schemes at various design stages from feasibility study to detailed design.I have developed my experience in tendering, leading and securing number of tenders. I have been Internal Auditor since 2016 reviewing project against Company Management System.Health and Safety is something which is very important to me and I demonstrate this as part of my day to day role and activities. For the past 15 years, I have attended number of sites and undertook a variety of site activities. This experience taught me how to assess correctly any risk and be responsible for my own and others’ safety. I\'m currently Safety Coordinator for my Business Unit.As a Project Manager, Line Manager and Delegate Engineer I have been mentoring my team on a day to day basis and I have been supporting Graduates in training for Institution of Civil Engineering.To help to develop the next generation of engineers, I\'ve engaged with my local Primary school and have been giving presentation about Civil Engineering on the annual basis. I\'m aslo registered STEM Ambassador.
