As an engineering intern for JHR, I am directly involved in race weekend operations. My responsibilities include collecting and analyzing tire performance data during all on-track sessions to improve car setup and performance. I supported multiple operational areas such as radio management, competitor performance analysis, and other pre- and post-race necessities.I worked closely with systems engineers to gain a deeper understanding of telemetry, data acquisition, and race strategy, contributing technical insights where needed. Additionally, I led the overhaul of several high-impact internal projects aimed at improving race-day efficiency and data workflows. These projects used tools such as SolidWorks, Excel, NI LabVIEW, and Pi Toolbox, and were implemented to provide a competitive advantage for the team.
