Registered Nurse and Cup of Nurses podcast host. I am a registered nurse with more than four years of ICU experience. I see value in every human being and help people understand that they can achieve their full potential. I took my nursing knowledge of focusing on disease treatment and co-founded Cup of Nurses. My goal through education is preventing illness and helping people grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. What I bring to the table is optimism and clarity, prompting conversations on how good health can help you overcome any challenge and be successful in life. It is never too late to make a healthy change. Life is what you make of it.Since the launch of the Cup of Nurses Podcast, I was able to grow not only as a nurse but also expand my knowledge in science, communications, marketing, and informatics. Cup of Nurses allows me to speak on topics I find important and informative to everyone, not just nurses while being able to share my unfiltered opinion. I couldn\'t find an informative and fun podcast geared toward nurses and health-conscious people so I decided to create one, that\'s where Cup of Nurses came from.
