IT Project Manager @Dell Technologies

Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end. Work with Customers and Sales Department to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated documents. Effectively communicate project expectations, progress reports, status updates and logs to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, stakeholders, business owners, sponsors, partners and senior management. Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and clearly track and communicate implications on the critical path. Track project milestones, deliverables, and finances, working with business owners to ensure adherence to/ reporting of projects costs Vs business case and eventual post-deployment reviews Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans where appropriate
