Responsible for setting both Price and Catalog Technology teams Roadmaps, consistent with other Product Managers\' Roadmaps across the Platform and across whole the Technology • Definition of their priorities based on values and KPIs of the projects and monitoring of the results • Responsible for the global definition of the Product vision for my areas • Responsible for managing high value Initiatives in Technology, Commercial and Operational areas, based on technical teams that are under my current responsibility • Responsible for proactively identifying and resolving complex issues of my stakeholders that directly impact the direction of the company • Responsible for the analysis of the Initiatives in which I am involved with the aim of bringing value • Responsible for defining the ROI of Initiatives to prioritize my teams • I actively manage all stakeholders to ensure they are aligned on the roles, responsibilities, approach, and strategies defined with the teams under my responsibility • Responsible for managing the expectations of my stakeholders and defining their needs with respect to the benefits these bring to the company vision and strategies • Responsible for communicating to the Product team on the progress of my teams’ activities
