About Pinto Ainickal
Pinto has over 37+ years experience in the IT Industry. Prior to UST Global, he had been with Wal-Mart, Bell Atlantic (AT & T), MCI-WorldCom, Informix Corporation, & IDBI (Industrial Development Bank of India), across domains like retail, banking, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunication, human resources, finance and various technologies as well. He has the killer combination of both technical and managerial skills and has an excellent track record in various capacities/roles. In UST Global, currently supporting a retail giant as Service Delivery Manager. He was the Technical Solution Manager (TSM) for Asia Pacific and was instrumental in building two major accounts, one in retail and the other in logistics & transportation domain. With vast practical experience he has provided solutions that are both scalable and maintainable. As a Delivery Manager of Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) handling infrastructure support projects in multiple accounts. After completing 2 projects at Cyber Security a/c now into Pharmacy domain with Agile practices/project management through ADO. Always keen on taking up challenging experiences he has exceeded customer expectations every time. He has the ability to maintain relationships with the customers and teams even after moving on to different accounts. Pinto is known for his strong personal ethics. Always seen as a “friend in need” among associates, he also regularly steps in to provide consulting services to other accounts as well. He is certified Project Management Professional(PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM) along with ITIL with CSI Skills: Program/Project Management, Database Administration and development Informix & Teradata, DB2 UDB and Oracle, System Administration of UNIX(multiple flavors)/Linux, Azure and AWS.
