Act as the production chemistry lead for a global strategic deepwater development project. Assess potential operation threats of scale, hydrate, wax, asphaltene, emulsion and corrosion. December 2013 to October 2014: Field rotational assignment in Prudhoe Bay Alaska to support daily production chemistry operations: • Managed produced water corrosion inhibitor & 3-phase corrosion inhibitor field testing programs • Led mineral scale threat assessment for Prudhoe production wells • Gained various field operation experiences by participating in facility sample collections, well pad sample collections, walking down P & IDs, checking chemical injection rates, trouble shootings, daily production chemical operational management, etc. January 2013 to November 2013: Carried out technical services work to support global operations. Performed mineral scale threat assessment for a number of strategic deepwater assets. April 2012 to December 2012: Secondment to Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Production Chemistry Team • Supported senior chemist with daily production chemistry problem-solving and production monitoring to address issues including corrosion, scales, wax, hydrates, asphaltenes and emulsions • Carried out technical consulting services by performing mineral scale and gas hydrate modeling analysis for major global projects at various locations • Assisted with both technical field services work and research and development projects
