For the next 23 years, I worked for Royal Dutch Shell, both as a consultant and employee. As an HR Learning Advisor and Leadership Coach, I designed and implemented learning solutions and global coaching programs. I am a woman of faith and stand upon the solid rock of the Jewish Messiah. I hold multiple coaching certifications, including Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQi and EQ360), Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), ICF ACC and am certified in various assessments.
