Having successfully navigated multiple life transitions within 30 years of my professional life—across professions, countries, relationships, and roles—I bring firsthand experience of change. Over the years, I have worn many hats: employee, employer, entrepreneur, legal counsel, coach, and mentor. Today, I am on a clear mission: to help professionals build the resilience and agility required to navigate transitions with confidence and intention. My work focuses on supporting individuals through periods of change—whether planned or unexpected—by helping them reset their mindset, stay grounded, and move forward with clarity. I come from a deeply diverse background. Born and raised in Türkiye, with ancestral roots in Crete and Anatolia, I spent most of my life living and working in Istanbul within a highly multicultural business and social environment. My professional foundation was built over many years as a legal counsel advising Turkish and international investors. I later transitioned these skills—strategic thinking, analytical depth, and stakeholder awareness—into coaching and mentoring professionals who are seeking meaningful change and sustainable growth. I work with internationally minded leaders and founders who are navigating complex decisions, cross-cultural dynamics, and high-stakes transitions—helping them lead with clarity, grounded authority, and emotional precision. Through our work together, my clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and decisiveness.
