Develop and execute software test plans/test cases for CRM Sterling Application in order to identify software problems and their causes.• Write/review and approve test plans, test scenarios and test cases.• Review documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issue.• Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks. Participate in feasibility to deployment of a product which includes review to provide input on functional requirements, schedules, and/are potential issues.• Work with HP Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management for Test Case Creation, Test Case Execution and Defect Tracking, Test case Traceability, Requirement Traceability.• Test using the computer development software, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, SQL, Plan view, Excel, Jira, Agile methodology and AS/400.• Testing the ordering system (CRM, Sterling) and Billing System (DPI).• Test Aggregator scenarios using SOUP and Rest API calls.• Develop Automation Test Scripts using AccelQ.
