Manage a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and UX/UI Designers committed to delivering quality digital experiences: creating strategies and plans for continually improving customer engagement, satisfaction and conversion metrics • Own, and maintain the Master Digital Roadmap supporting multiple brands across multiple markets, in coperation with business and technical partners.
