ABOUT PILLALAMARRI VINAYKUMAR

Hello,I’m Vinay Kumar Pillalamarri, an Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate from Michigan Technological University. Houghton, Michigan, with its snowy beauty, isn’t in the heart of the U.S, but it has my heart. It’s where my journey of innovation and growth truly took flight. To hiring managers: If my location seems far from your company, rest assured—I’m ready to relocate on my own to be part of your team.Let\'s talk about me, Milestone 1: Leadership and InnovationDuring my undergraduate days, I led a team of four to develop an IoT-based system for monitoring asthma-trigger factors. This project not only earned me my first research publication but also landed me an internship at DeepFacts, a biomedical startup.Milestone 2: Startup Life at DeepFactsAt DeepFacts, I wore many hats as an Embedded Hardware Engineer, designing PCBs and developing firmware with STM32 controllers. In the fast-paced startup environment, I learned to innovate, adapt, and push beyond limits alongside a team that felt like family.Milestone 3: Pursuing Excellence at Michigan TechMotivated to deepen my expertise, I pursued my master’s at Michigan Tech, a premier university for autonomous systems and robotics. I mastered advanced control systems and worked on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) systems. My thesis was inspired by animal associative learning, implemented on the Jackal robot using neuromorphic computing to mimic real-world stimuli adaptation.Milestone 4: Shaping the FutureCurrently, I’m continuing my work as a volunteer in Michigan Tech’s Brain-Inspired AI Lab, enhancing neuromorphic robotic systems to advance AI-powered control and behavior. Now, I’m eager to contribute my skills to full-time roles in electrical engineering, embedded systems, autonomous control systems, and robotics. Learning new technologies and applying them to improve lives is my driving force. To all hiring managers: I am open to conversations, feedback, and challenges. Let’s connect and explore the possibilities together.Drop a HI, Let\'s talk and explore new ideas for the future. Contact Details: Mobile:(90••••••86Email: v•••••••@mtu.edu
