Using case studies based on historical events at West Point, I lead discussions of leadership, trust, executive decision-making, team alignment, and leader development with corporate groups. I travel globally to share my own leadership lessons from West Point and the Army, and I develop and facilitate programs about leading through change and uncertainty, developing leadership character, and creating a culture of leadership.
