I’ve spent 15+ years building and running mission-critical systems in places where failure is expensive: proprietary trading firms, AI startups, and large consumer platforms. I focus on the unglamorous but critical work: running services at availability, building teams that actually ship, and getting executives aligned when systems need fundamental fixes.
