Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of all Sites.• To provide Uninterrupted infra services to Operators in Cluster by ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources on 24*7Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of all sites• Coordinate with Field Engineers and Vendor for ensuring No Power issue and Manage Infra Uptime 99.9%.• Identify and Execute the processes required to Optimise in Energy cost, Manage the site Stability by Taking Corrective actions for failing Sites, Replacement of faulty Equipment, replenished of required infra Equipment.• Fault reduction & management, Power & Fuel, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, owner issues clearance, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.• Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of SMPS, PIU/AMF, DG, AC, Battery Bank, Transformer and all alarms & electrical wirings, all other passive infra work.• Interface with customers and partners at circle level.• Co-ordination with Operators for outage sign-off.• Responsible for monthly outage signoff with operators.• Monitor and rectify monthly P.M. of equipment.• Assets management and capturing of equipment swapping.• Capturing of additional customer equipment and insurance claim to be field in case of theft/fire• EB power fault management, to rectify EB power fault on EB energized sites.• Co-ordination with team for fault rectification.• Responsible for handling team (PB) of more than 30 people which includes (Technicians, Supervisors, EB & Diesel coordinators & MIS Team)
