About Piyush Pandey
My journey has moved through several strong phases. I started in network marketing, was there for almost 9-10 years where I built and managed a team of more than people. Training hundreds of people every month taught me leadership, communication and how to understand people deeply.After that, I joined Task Source, which became a major growth chapter in my career. I worked with clients across the United States and Australia, especially in the diamond and jewellery industry. I began as a Team Lead, grew into Assistant Manager and eventually became Sales Manager. Managing global accounts helped me develop structured sales thinking, team management and long-term relationship building.During this time, I also began learning data science with UpGrad. I wanted to strengthen my analytical mindset, so I started studying Python, SQL, Power BI, Pandas and data-driven decision-making. This learning still continues and adds depth to how I approach business problems.Today, I work as a Sales and Operations Manager and Sales Consultant. I help B2B, D2C and retail brands turn their Shopify stores into high-performing sales systems. I diagnose conversion issues, optimise customer journeys, guide app integrations and turn business challenges into clear, actionable plans. I bridge the gap between sales, consulting, UX, integrations and delivery to ensure clients get both clarity and results.My journey brings together people leadership, global sales experience, Shopify expertise and a growing data science foundation.
