I have built my career by focusing on the fundamentals of value creation, disciplined execution and long-term thinking.My background spans electronics, the Canadian Army Reserves, Construction & Real Estate. I started out as a general contractor, gaining first-hand experience of how projects succeed or fail at ground level. This experience formed the basis for building and operating a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with consistent cash flow and sustainable growth.Over time, this evolved into broader global investments across real estate, private equity and alternative assets. I work closely with operators who understand their local markets, value accountability, and think beyond short-term gains.I’m selective about partnerships. It is people, not capital alone, that build enduring outcomes. I prefer to work with entrepreneurs and investors who value integrity, clear decision-making and shared goals.Here, I share my thoughts on investing, strategy, and the mindset required to build long-term success.
