ABOUT PIETRO ROSA

Since 2008, I’ve gained experience in ICT projects within complex IT systems. I’m comfortable managing a wide range of challenges across all phases of the software lifecycle — from design to production release. I’ve worked as an application architect in IoT, embedded, and enterprise environments, designing scalable and high-performance solutions. I have strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, and Golang. I specialize in Open-Source technologies, which are widely used in the IT sector, and in recent years I\'ve focused on Cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Connected PaaS, and Microservices. Over the past few years, I’ve also led teams and developed solutions based on Artificial Intelligence models, taking care of everything from design and implementation to testing, validation, and production deployment. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with both public and private clients, which helped me grow my skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I consider myself someone who can analyze problems clearly and make smart decisions to reach goals. I\'ve developed the ability to bring out the best in my teammates by creating strong relationships and a positive, empathetic environment — sometimes even building lasting friendships. I believe that when a team is aware of its strengths, it can achieve great results and overcome even high-pressure situations.
