ABOUT PIETRO MARIA DI GIOVANNI

In 1991, Attorney di Giovanni obtained his Juris Doctorate with distinction at LUISS (International University of Social Study in Rome, Italy) and his honor thesis has been published. He is specialized in Civil, Commercial and Trade Law. At the beginning of the 90’s up to 1994 Attorney di Giovanni was assigned with a scholarship as University Researcher at LUISS University. He has been a distinguished expert at the University La Sapienza in Rome for Teaching Institutions governed by Private Law. He is also an expert of Legal Data Processing (e-Justice) at Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta in Rome. He has published several articles about Civil and Criminal Law issues for the Editor Giuffrè and Sole 24 ore. He is a co-writer for Codice Civile Commentato “Compendia” (1996) and Nuovi diritti e risarcimento del danno-tutela civile e penale (2003). Attorney di Giovanni has taken part as a speaker for countless masters and conferences with local and national relevance. He has been a Professor at the School of Professional Forensic Training for the Council of the Order of Attorneys of Pescara. He is a Lecturer and Scientific Director in training for courses in licenses for condo management. He is a Director of the ANACI Study Center of the Abruzzo Region, Member of the ANACI National Study Center and Member of the ANACI National Board of Arbitrators.
