Continuously monitor and refine demand forecasts to reflect changing market conditions and business strategies; 2- Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP): Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities. Drive S & OP meetings to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and develop consensus demand plans; 3- Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory levels by balancing customer service levels, lead times, and holding costs. Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for inventory reduction or replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. 4- Demand Management Systems: Utilize demand planning software and tools to capture, analyze, and visualize data for forecasting and reporting purposes. Implement and enhance demand management systems to support efficient and effective demand planning processes.
