I work at Ominee.com a social networking service that allow to find people by specifying the skills. The skills are automatically extracted from the digital profiles of the subscribers. I\'m involved in the project especially in the backend part. The main parts concern the extraction and storage of the information contained in the CVs through the syntactic and semantic analysis of the natural language text and the developement of algorithms to find profiles according to skills. I use the following technologies: Python, NLTK, Flask, Flask API, Celery, Sql Alchemy, MariaDb, MongoDb, Docker, Uwsgi, Nginx. I have been coordinating the R&D team since September 2019, 5 people. In this area I have assumed the role of product owner applying the Scrum methodology and following the marketing strategies.
