The team leads M & As and divestments across 19 countries, structures and negotiates both project level and corporate financing, contributes to key investment decisions in coordination with the global business. Key contributions:• Divestments: prepared Financial Models and Information Memoranda (IMs) for asset sale processes, collaborating with internal subject matter experts and external advisors to optimise asset valuation and supporting strategic decision-making;• Acquisitions: conducted valuation analyses (DCF/DDM) for potential acquisitions, building and running financial models, contributing to due diligence, challenging key assumptions, and preparing investment papers for senior management;• Project & Portfolio Financing: supported the structuring and execution of project and portfolio-level financings, analysing financing options, evaluating and implementing hedging strategies (FX, inflation, IRS), coordinating with advisors, reviewing transaction documentation, and drafting IMs and investment papers;• Financial Model Management: maintained and updated regional template models used by development teams for investment evaluations, ensuring alignment with current assumptions (e.g, power prices, technical inputs, tax, accounting, and financing terms), reviewing project-specific models and investment papers, and supporting regional teams in delivering bankable solutions.
