I use tools like MicroStrategy projects and SSRS reporting to extract, structure, and present insights in line with best practice.I take compliance seriously and keep my knowledge current across departmental procedures, regulatory differences, and industry developments. If there’s any concern around gambling harm or suspicious activity, I escalate it quickly and appropriately.Overall, I’m motivated by work that makes a measurable difference — improving decision-making, supporting safer customer outcomes, and helping embed a strong RG culture across teams.
