Ticket Operations- Create and manage the department\'s overall budget, including individual and team revenue goals - Sell and service groups, season tickets and single game tickets - Manage, lead and train ticket sales staff - Oversee the building of all events in the ticking system, including seating manifests, price tables, holds/kills, discounts, pre-sales, etc. Set up various ticket discount and/or promotions as required for events - Work with the General Manager to track attendance for all events, including pre-sales, walk-ups, promotions, discounts, etc- Coordinate the ordering of all season tickets and group client promotional gifts - Report daily, weekly and monthly sales Client Services- Manage the tracking, reporting and fulfillment of all Blue Rocks corporate partnership agreements, ensuring that the contracts are serviced at the highest level possible - Assist with ad copy procurement, to ensure that all deliverables (signage, print, giveaways, etc.) are received on or ahead of schedule - Track and report weekly, monthly and annual corporate sales, remaining inventory and important deadlines - Distribute a personalized monthly newsletter to corporate partners about future stadium events, season updates, corporate partner appreciation events and more - Assist in guiding the Director of Web & Creative Services in the creation of annual advertising brochures, proposal presentations and end-of-season proof-of-performance decks
