Born and raised in the Netherlands with a passion for nature, conservation and the outdoors, made this my main subject of study at Wageningen University. Following a short excursion into wildlife ecology in South Africa, turned to EU conservation policies that seeks to conserve, connect and restore Europe\'s stunning natural heritage, first at WWF in Vienna, then at EEB in Brussels and, after a stint at NABU in Berlin at E3G\'s Berlin\'s office working on energy transition.
