Seasoned marketer and experienced team leader with a track record of achieving growth goals through full-funnel Marketing strategies. Currently, I oversee the marketing strategy for H&R Block’s Financial Services line of business. This encompasses three products spanning both lending and banking. Prior to my current role, I led marketing strategy for the DIY online tax product. This role involves leading a team of ten that encompasses many functions in marketing – Paid Media, Email, Website, PR/Communication, Design, and Creative. My responsibilities also sit at the intersection of Marketing and the Business/Product team, partnering with a variety of business stakeholders to achieve both revenue and client growth goals. Prior to this role, I was the Director of Growth Marketing. My team of 10+ was responsible for the investment of a substantial advertising budget to drive new client acquisition. As a team, we embraced modern marketing growth tactics across the full funnel of marketing channels including TV, Online Video, Paid Social, Display, Paid Search, Affiliate, Email and SEO. I am an engaged leader focused on developing efficient, high-performing teams. My leadership style is polite, positive, and direct.
